Delivery Policy

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. A standard delivery charge of €2.99 applies to all orders nationwide. Collection in-store is Free.

Standard Delivery:
The vast majority of products on the site will dispatch within 24 hours of placing your order .
Some items will have longer lead times.

Accepting Delivery:

We deliver throughout Ireland, please ensure someone is available, delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays), we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times however when delivering to schools the courier will take into account school closing times. We do NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Remote Islands:

A limited number of remote Islands off the Irish Coast are subject to additional delivery charges. Our Customer service team will inform you immediately if this applies to your order, and will continue only with your approval.

Estimate on Delivery:

Our couriers include AnPost,Nightline. Nationwide orders will be delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

Click & Collect

Please bring a copy of ‘Your order is ready for collection’ email (either printed or on a device) . Please also note that if you have purchased your click & collect order using an American Express card you will be required to present this card upon collection. Our store located at 7 Eustace Street,Temple Bar, Dublin 2 .

Returns Policy

• Customers must contact us by email ([email protected]) and request for RMA.

• All returns must be authorised and use the full returns address provided

• Our returns policy complies with EU regulations (2000). To cancel an order, written notice by

email must be sent requesting a return. We will offer a refund as long as good(s) are sent back in

their original condition, unused and unopened in their original packaging (if packaging is

included)

• Returns for all faulty items will be tested and decision will be made with in a week of receiving

the product.

• All returns will be accepted within 30 days from placing your order. Items must be sent back in

their original packaging and in the condition they were sent out

• Carriage costs for returning the Goods is the customers responsibility

• The Goods remain the customers responsibility during transit and until signed for by us

• All goods must be returned within 30 days the RMA date of issue

• The item must be able to be resold

• If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will pay for the return postage. Refunds will be paid once

good(s) are checked

• Any additional postage charges for returns that are not faulty will need to be paid by the buyer.

• Returns are subject to quality check, please include all original packaging with all returns

• Your statutory rights are not affected
